How to: Display paragraph or text formatting.
Solution:
Click once on the standard toolbar help button until the pointer becomes a question mark and click on the formatted text. A formatting box appears.
1) Click once on the 'Help' on the 'Standard Toolbar'. (The pointer will become a question mark.)

2) Display the formatting characteristics by clicking on the correctly formatted text. (A box appears listing the formatting characteristics.)

3) Press ESC to hide the Format display box.
